Thanks — we got it.
We've received your information and will be in touch soon. If your situation is time-sensitive, feel free to call us at (818) 943-8899.
Families travel to us from across LA.
We have offices in North Hollywood, Pico-Robertson, and Santa Clarita, so most families have one within a reasonable drive. Two Regional Center catchments cover the areas we see most, and we're vendored with both.
North LA County Regional Center area
Many of our families are close to North Hollywood, in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Burbank, and Glendale, with others in Calabasas and Santa Clarita, where we have a local office. Dr. Levi's reports are accepted by North LA County Regional Center, along with insurance, schools, and Social Security, to unlock funded services for a qualifying child.
Westside Regional Center area
Our Pico-Robertson office keeps us close to the Westside, from Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and Culver City through Bel Air, Brentwood, Venice, Mar Vista, and Marina del Rey. Dr. Levi's reports are accepted by Westside Regional Center, along with insurance, schools, and Social Security, to unlock funded services for a qualifying child.
Answers to the questions families ask most.
Don't see yours? Call or submit the form above. We're happy to answer anything else.
How soon can we schedule an assessment?
Most private assessments can be scheduled within five business days of your first call. About twice as fast as the standard wait in our area, with no compromise on thoroughness.
Do you accept Regional Center clients?
Yes. Dr. Levi is a vendored senior psychologist provider with NLACRC, and also works with families served by Inland Regional Center and Westside Regional Center. We also accept private-pay clients who want reports that can be used to unlock Regional Center and other services.
Will my insurance or school accept the report?
Dr. Levi's reports are routinely accepted by insurance providers, Regional Centers, public school districts, IEP teams, and private schools. If services are contested, she's available as an expert witness.
Who will actually be in the room?
Dr. Levi leads every private assessment. A master's-level psychological associate observes throughout to provide a second clinical perspective, at no additional cost.
Can you evaluate more than one thing in one visit?
Yes. Combined assessments — autism with intellectual disability, or ADHD with ID and giftedness, or mental health alongside developmental questions — are a core part of how we work.
How long does the whole process take?
From first call to finished report typically runs two to four weeks depending on referral question and scheduling. We'll give you a concrete timeline on your intake call.
